Sunday Shots

This weekend I went to the wonderful Magnolia Gift & Garden and got the most lovely succulents for the porch and for Gemma's wedding. The boy picked up a fern, and I think he's in love. I've named the fern Steve. He's a nice lil' tassel fern. Also, there's a shot of our little melon, who is just about ready to be picked. Yay!

End of Summer Trip

Here in Santa Cruz for a get-away, and what do I do? Oh yeah, shop. Sheesh. I hit up american apparel and got these tights, but in chartruese, and got an awesome shirt from the cutest shop- Idle Hands. Ooh, and a pretty perfume from Urban Outfitters... hehe.

We also went on an awesome bike ride along the cliffs (never going on a trip w/out the bike again!) and are getting ready to go out for the evening. Yay!

Super awesome.

Sneak Peek

This is a little preview of what's going up on my Etsy this week. It's still nice and cool out, and our garden is exploding with green, so I thought I'd do the pictures outside for a change. :)

Weekend Recap

Most of our recent weekends have been spent indoors, hiding from the oppressive heat, but this weekend it finally cooled down. There was even a light breeze! So out we went into the world. And by world, I mean backyard. David worked on his project- replacing pavers on the back porch- and I worked on my project- painting critters who shall soon be seen on my handmade Etsy, HazelandFern. Hurray! So here is a sneak peak of things to come, plus some gratuitous garden shots.
